Shop Event at BVLGARI, Chicago

BVLGARI's Chicago boutique invited its loyal clients to a private shopping event on May 2, 2026. The store's staff knew every guest by name as they came through the door, and a few sent the artist photos in advance so a client's sketch could be started before they arrived and presented as a surprise.

One artist worked in the High-End style for four hours on 8x10 paper. Following the store's lead, the artist stayed at the table and let associates bring clients over at the right moment in their visit, joining the conversation when invited.

Champagne and small bites circulated throughout. The event was BVLGARI's way of showing clients how much they are valued, and it showed in how long people stayed: most lingered well over an hour talking with the staff after their shopping was done.
